What a transformation. The staff are excellent, (particularly YAU, who is really brilliant) and the manager is very helpful. It is now an enjoyable experience visiting the recycling tip. Well done to the staff.

I find staff at this centre very helpful and if you need any support with anything you can just ask.

Nass is always helpful and will carry items purchased in the shop there to my car. Living in Verwood, this is my closest tip, I would be gutted if it were to ever close down.

Recently done two tip runs. The booking system is easy to use and ensures you don't waste time in a long queue. I hope it stays. It is clean, safe and efficiently run - the staff have always been very helpful. This is our local tip and given the massive amount of housebuilding that is proposed in Ringwood it seems to me to be absolute madness to even consider closing it. If you want people to be responsible with their rubbish then don't force them to drive for miles to dispose of it. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE SOMERLEY TIP.

While having to book has removed spontaneous use, the booking process is easy, and the site is easy to access and the staff helpful. Even better now that rubble can be dumped. Far better to have a booked visit than suffer the result of ugly fly tipped rubbish from those who can't bother.

Although the booking system doesn’t suit everyone I continue to use this site on a regular basis as I have to think ahead and be organised. The place is always clean and tidy the staff are friendly , especially to my husband on the odd occasion we have three slots on the trot booked . Perfect location for Verwood residents as driving to Wimborne is not sustainable . Don’t know what we would do without this site , keep up the good work !
