Would be helpful if (a) the correct phone number was on the website, and (b) the pages to order and pay for 10 sacks was more instructive. I'm giving up trying to order and going to the Cheddar Recycling center where the staff are so very helpful.

How on earth you expect a 94 year old lady to complete forms for the garden waste on a computer I don't know. There are no facilities for paper applications and no one answering the phone. Really quite unprofessional and discriminatory against the elderly generation.

Back to missed collections, we have seen the crew drive past our road today, they have done other roads next to ours, no sign of their return. Now have to keep a full smelly food waste bin for another week. Not happy, no sense to their system/routes if indeed they have any. A complete shambles

Missed bin collection. Reported on their website. They asked me to put the bin kerbside and they’d be back to collect within 2 days. 4 days later and they haven’t been back and the bin is still kerbside on the pavement which is an inconvenience for my neighbours. Made a complaint and got a generic, useless response. Recently moved to Somerset from Suffolk. Somerset’s waste management is a shambles compared to Suffolk and their customer service non existent.

Our waste bins have not been emptied for the last 8 weeks since the date changed , this is for TA201JZ & TA20 1LA.I have reported it after the last 2 missed collections, even spoke to someone at Somerset Waste last time

Missed bin colletion 2 weeks ago .Today only half of the boxes emptied What are we paying for ? Sevice is -rap.

I never thought a waste service could cause me so much stress and detriment to my health. I'm left with bags of rubbish and recycling in my garden because they refuse to accept my medical conditions and collect an extra bag of waste. They refuse collections of my recycling after 1 person drops a can on top of my cardboard. Nows it's just rotting in my garden. This happens a lot as I live on a street leading up to a primary school and kids seem to love throwing rubbish in my recycling first thing in the morning it's due to be picked up. It's now preventing me from moving. The fact that one item in the wrong box sitting right on top is enough to outright refuse pick up is causing my situation get worse and worse. All because they can't be bothered to put one can to the side. Fed of them breaking my boxes as well
