I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Not only did I not receive the skip I booked, but the lack of delivery cost me two builders for the entire day, as they were scheduled based on the skip arriving.

There was no proper communication and no effort made to rectify the situation. It ended up being a waste of time and money, and the company showed no responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

Extremely disappointing — I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliability or professionalism.
