DO NOT BUY AN ENGINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Sent me an engine where most of the parts were covered in rust and limescale. Had to take off multiple parts from the old engine onto the new.

I got zero apology, zero empathy, Lack of understanding on why i was frustrated. Did not want to help me in the slightest, ignored my questions and when you get annoyed they just start calling you inappropriate names and act unprofessional. Another car parts company that cant handle being in the wrong and do not have a clue about how to talk to every day people.

I am £1000 down now and my car still is fucked and its most likely down to water in the engine due to these being terrible at their job. Avoid at all costs and this will most likely result in you having no car, a huge gap in your bank balance and just pure frustration from the idiots that run this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is a scamer, don't trust them. I bought a engine ecu, and wanted to return as the ecu was corrupted and we wasn't able to read and write, when was returned they refunded 50 % of the amount ( £25 from £50. Then I wanted to ask them why they was doing what they want with out to get in touch with the customer, but no luck even they didn't reply to my message, So my advice is stay far as much you can.......

Bought an engine here via eBay. Unbelievably fast delivery as I’m in Scotland. No issues with engine and exactly what was described. Got the original Reg to very mileage and also helped with invoice for dvla purposes. Good price too, less than a engine swap price so I still have my old engine with lots of spares

Ordered an engine from eBay, they sent the wrong one then said they would not give a full refund if we returned it! I threatened to report them and they agreed we could return it, the return label was only up to 2kg so they said they would send a courier for it and give a full refund. They collected it and refunded only half the money, they said the engine was damaged. Luckily we had it delivered to the garage with CCTV and witnesses that it wasn’t damaged. They refused to send the tracking and wouldn’t provide any proof of who had collected it or the “damage”
I contacted eBay and they refunded me straight away and agreed it was a scam, why refund exactly half? Why not provide proof of collection? They had already decided they weren’t refunding me! It’s obviously a well worn scam. Please be careful if you buy from them. I was naive enough to think because the engine was expensive and the feedback was good that they would be a good company. I got the right engine for half the price of what they were advertising for the engine we needed from another company. Thank god eBay found in my favour of it’d have been an expensive mistake trusting them. I have reported them to everywhere I can, the stress of dealing with them and worrying about money made me ill. My partner is a taxi driver and his car is his livelihood. He’d already been off work waiting for the engine and we couldn’t afford to lose all that money. The engine also was delivered late and the seller was sarcastic, nasty and unhelpful. I hope everyone thinks twice before buying

DO NOT trust this company, they are extremely unprofessional. I recently bought a part from them and tried chasing up the delivery for my item. They kept dodging my phone calls. I requested a refund about 2 weeks ago and they kept on declining my calls, as well as, hanging up when they realise that it's me calling them on land-line. If I could give them a minus rating I would. They were very quick to take payment however they kept saying they are busy when I did get a hold of them and they keep on delaying the refund. They are very capable of daylight robbery, if you do buy a part from them. I highly recommend not doing business with this extremely unprofessional company!!!

Update: He tried to blackmail me into removing my review or he wouldn't refund my money.
