Extremely friendly and polite staff.
One of the trips to them got stuck on the roundabout in standstill traffic. The guys agreed to wait till i arrive before closing. I arrived nearly half an hour after closing time but they were still waiting for me.

Called on Wednesday and booked for Thursday collection. Gave window of 2-3pm but called back on the day as I was running late and asked for anytime after 4pm. Confirmed but no show. Next day they call back in the morning, apologises and rebooks but again noone came. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing. Sorted myself
