Having broken down on the M25 en route to Kent Showground - South East Rescue were amazing! Friendly helpful service, great communication, fast recovery. Nothing was too much trouble.
Ben, our recoverer was fantastic. Thank you so much - you made a horrid situation a little bit better. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from south east rescue, they have been very efficient, I broke down on the m25 and they took 25 minutes only to get to me and the travel back home was also pleasant with the driver being super kind and nice to us. He also offered to have a quick look at the engine once back home to advise what the fault could be.

Absolutely wonderful, professional and curteous service provided by Ben and company. A breakdown can be rather stressful situation, and Ben's was very helpful with prompt service and taking special care in lifting the vehicle and ensuring nothing was rubbing on the bodywork/undercarriage. Most people these days rush things and don't care, but Ben was clearly experienced and I felt reassured that I could trust him with my car.

I can't recommend Ben and South East Rescue more highly, what a refreshingly great company, friendly, helpful and communicative. Ben arrived to remove our car within 45 minutes of our call at a ridiculous hour of the morning and with a smile and with buckets of reassuring advice. If you need recovery there should be no other number you use!

Great service from Ben, transporting my immobilised car 55 miles to a specialist. Very reliable, friendly and on time - he took a lot of care loading my car which and let me know once it had been safely delivered. Very much appreciated and highly recommended.

Contacted on behalf of a family member who had broken down alone on the side of a very busy and dangerous motorway in freezing temperatures. All other companies put the phone down, however I was calmed down and reassured someone would be out to assist family member ASAP back home safely (an hour and a half away). Family member was located after a few very vague details given and all care given to ensure car and family member returned home. Been told driver was respectful, kind and friendly and did everything within his power to help. Would hands down recommend this company time and time again. Incredibly thankful for all of their help at a very stressful and worrying time.

My van broke down and need to be recovered. SE Rescue & Breakdown were with me within an hour, dropped my van at the garage and as I lived in close proximity, dropped me home too.
Really nice & courteous driver.
