Southampton Household Waste Recycling Centre

I went there to dump my garden waste several times. It was really quick and easy to unload your car. They used to do pre-booking service, but in June 2022 you don’t have to do a booking. I went there in the early afternoon and before their closing and it was not crowded.

No booking required. Just turn up on a whim and dispose of that used engine oil in an environmentally responsible way. Short queue that moved quickly. I will be vising again if the need should arise.

Hi, have a slot booked for 1330 to 1400 today that would like to cancel car registration HF67VNC. Can't seem to phone anyone so have done it this way.

Saturday morning Opening time 10 :00 Arrived 9:45 and about 20 car were lined in long queue. 6 car slots instead of 13 due to social distancing measures Finished and went home 11:44 Friendly and helpfull staff

experienced a very rude argumentative staff member constantly trying to provoke an argument calling me brother as he walked away sais hoped i didn't come back soon

Love the fact that you can book your slot date and time. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It is great that you can now take 8 bags of rubble without being once every 4 weeks . Overall very pleased with the service

Has a bit of a que usually but no need to book which is handy. Lots of bays easy to park. Simple to find out what bun you need and these are lowered which makes dropping of heavy items much easier than others as there isn’t any steps. Miserable stuck up woman running the place but the men working in the top are helpful. A novel and brush around if needed which is helpful and lots of good value items in the shop
