Some Staff try to intimidate you and stand around like body guards watching Where you are putting your rubbish. Asking what is in your bin bags and just being extremely unapproachable. Feels like a prison visit

Clean, organised and have seen staff helping elderly residents with their bulky items. Friendly helpful and approachable staff. Would recommend.

Clean and tidy, the staff are useless won't help you in any shape or form, they've got the cleanest uniform ever especially for working on the tip. ?

Went yesterday to drop off old bedroom furniture..a lovely young man who worked there offered to help me..he was polite and friendly and put everything in the bay for me…can’t thank him enough..shame I didn’t get his name but a credit to this company…can’t praise him enough

The staff are so unwilling to help. Third time I have asked for help and they won't. I even called up to ask if they are supposed to help, and I was told they were, but obviously, the staff aren't doing what they are supposed to! I watched them stand and watch a man struggle with a sofa. Appalling attitudes.

Always well managed and tidy here, even with the queuing system in place right now the entire visit is simple and smooth. I actually think its easier now with less vehicles fighting to get around the place. Update- with covid near enough gone the site is running at full steam again.. if yountime things badly it can be a bit of a fight getting a space to park and then you have people wandering all over the place to dispose of their goods. Preferred the place under stricter controls, people were more aware of their actions and surroundings, not to mention each others space!

Busy! Went at 8.30am Sunday morning to beat the queue. Wrong! 45 minute wait to dump our old mattress. Lovely lady managing the traffic, chatted to us, whilst trying to keep the cars bumper to bumper. So glad that it's open.

The staff are always willing to help offload your car. Sometimes there is a queue but that's only when there swapping over from top skips to bottom. I have never had any more than a 5 minute wait.
