Arrived at 8am onnthe Monday or a pre booked appointment, 4 hours later, when I left the van was still parked in the same place. After chasing them, they informed on Tuesday that the egr valve is faulty and would need to be replaced, and the van would be ready come Wednesday afternoon. Surprise, surprise, come Wednesday morning informed the parts had arrived but due to being low on staff the van would only be ready on Thursday afternoon. No concern that they are playing with your livelihood.

I had my horse box in with an MOT fail from another company. Am so pleased with the service that was provided and the outstanding customers service. The service manager was really helpful and updated me frequently explaining in detail what work had been done. Very pleased overall and I will be back again.

Unorganized chaos is the best to describe Spark's. Lieing about faults before and after MOTs. No communication what so ever. I still don't even think my service was even done? A full service and my anti-freeze is empty, and my van is only 3 years old! All they talk about is how they got away with damaging customers cars Infront of new customers waiting in reception.
Shameful.

Booked my van in for MOT on the Thursday. Failed on same day asked Sparks to quote me for work needed to pass MOT, was quoted “2hrs Labour and £97.50 parts!
Possibly Matt need extra work on rear brakes which I was told would be an extra 1hrs Labour!
So got a phone call on the following Wednesday to say my van was ready for collection and my Bill was £937!!!!
Went in to Sparks to discuss my new and “improved “ invoice to be told”We discovered it needed more work and this is why your original quote has trebled!
The two people I spoke to previously on the phone in the office,denied quoting my two hrs Labour on the phone! The assistant manager eventually reduced my invoice down to £637
which was a relief.
Leaves a bad taste in your mouth!

Took my camper van in to these so called professionals for an mot and work which I knew needed doing, we agreed on a quote that was given by them.But less then 24hrs later the agreed quote doubled and they blamed the initial quote on a faulty calculator, interesting. Customer service was shocking to say the least. Needless to say will not be using your service NO more.

They guy who did my mot was proper helpful gave me good advice and I got a retest within a couple of hours north Devon and back after that and was plain sailing. Thank you
