Speedy salvage my backside. Contacted this company as they had an item on eBay I needed. They confirmed it was in stock and I told them I was sending someone over to collect. Just over 1 hour my lad was sat outside waiting for them to “find the part”. Eventually it came out and was broken. Avoid this company, absolute waste of time

Really helpful guys who own the place, Recommend 100%, issue with the part once I got it home unfortunately, but the lads sorted it within 24hrs and couldn't apologise enough. Thanks guys. Will use again

Sent wrong engine then lied to me saying they would send a replacement then ignored me for weeks and was very rude. I've lost just short of £500 to these people for absolute no gain. Be very careful when using this firm . I then had to spend further money on sourcing another engine.

Purchased a gearbox for iveco daily 2.3 35s12 2008, I bought on ebay for £400.00,on arrival I saw the gearbox and it was quickly put in the boot of my car,I went in the office and paid £400.00 cash for the gearbox.as I returned to the car I thought I would just check the part numbers and they didn't tally up with the one I had sold me on ebay ,they said while I was there to my face it would fit ,and shook my hand on it..I wasn't too sure as it was a different gearbox number.after I travelled back 2 hrs ,I checked the gearbox to mine ,and yes for sure it was different ,turned out the gearbox was out of a 2004 model they sold me.
I messaged him and he said would do a refund,so 2 wks later travelled 2hrs back ,and the gates were locked,I messaged him ,rang him ,waited 3hrs ...nothing.i headed back home and soon as I arrived,I had a text with no apology, van broke down!..
I decided one last go at getting my money back travelled up there again 2hrs ,got out of the car and explained they had sold me the wrong gearbox ,he said it was my fault I had purchased the wrong gearbox,I said I wanted my money back,his reply was the boss is in Turkey,he deals with ebay transactions, what a pathetic excuse..told me to leave the gearbox there and the invoice and come back tomorrow...absolutely disgusting behaviour, these are rogue traders,think before you part with your cash...they proper messed me around ..and I'm left with the gearbox.

Absolutely a scam of a company. Sold me the wrong part, car broke down after a month they agreed to give me the full refund at the start if I return the part which I did. As soon as I returned the part the manager Ali stopped taking my calls and didn’t reply to my messages on eBay. I visited their place twice in regards to the refund, the manager Ali kept telling me we refunded you and it takes 2-3 days which was a lie as I didn’t receive a refund till today. Please don’t buy from them they are frauds. I had to go through my bank to get the refund as it has been over a month since I had returned the part and they have not refunded me.

Guaranteed to have your part in stock, went out of their way to help me source my parts required as my vehicle was off road and I needed it for work. Didn’t charge me in the end. Ali is amazing
