Some good items but ridiculously priced sadly. Saw a rug, that I would pick up at my local reuse centre for £3 marked up for £75!! No way on EARTH they will get this. I don’t know why I’ve visited a few times tbh, as it always induces rage and irritates me. I once found two throws, near exact same yet one was £30 and one £10. I asked why. The cheaper one was then taken off sale (at the till) and marked up for more. Also a garden rug (made of plastic) that sells brand new in home bargains for £12.99’up for £20 🤦‍♀️ I did tell them. With the amount of donations received I would think price realistically and sell sell sell. I hate to think how much they end up landfilling. (They will no doubt deny this, but they must! )

Absolutely ridiculous prices! Every item was extortionate! Over hearing a member of staff complain about how much stock/donations they are receiving- i turned round and said " well reduce the prices & you will sell more stock" Simples!
I took my mum here today and she was shocked on how much they were charging for things.

Plus parking needs sorting out, no consideration for other car's that need to park at the shop, there needs to be painted bays etc.

Always a pleasure shopping at this charity shop. Not only are you helping a good cause, but your paying small amounts and stopping things going to landfill.

The staff are always polite, helpful and will offer to help you get to your car if you've bought too much!

When we lived in the town, this was pretty much at least a once a week shop - now, as we live a short way away, it's a "Special Treat" for us, and hopefully always will be.

Don't forget that they also have a similar shop in Hereford, near to Wiggins Metals - another great shopping experience.

Wide variety of household goods, including beds, bedding, kitchen goods, furniture, ornaments, pictures, suitcases,children’s toys, as well as clothing, shoes, bags,etc. All at very reasonable prices. Not very disabled friendly due to a step up into the shop and cluttered aisles in the warehouse, but excellent otherwise.

The fantastic volunteers are friendly and compassionate. In addition to the large range of furniture, clothing and other treasures, there are some good bargains to be found.

Amazing little shop full of goodies a very nice welcoming shop with friendly staff very well laid out and organised if ypu havent been in there i recomend taking a visit

The hospice shop always has an intriguing variety of items - old & new - for sale. It has enough furniture to equip a bedsit, flat or small 🏠 for minimal outlay. Often, real 'treasure' items can be found. For instance, a wind-up gramophone; a genuine Hornsby Double-O train set and a wonderfully constructed solid oak bureau.

The women who were working this afternoon need to work on there customer service skills. As I arrived at 15:55 to drop off a chair which would of been a two minute job used gesture to sign they were closed out of the window which is just terribly rude get some manners.
