Very genuinely friendly and patient staff, a credit to this charity. One staff member helped me with getting a small item from the window display tucked into the corner, having to rearrange and move out items, which in other shops the staff get frustrated with having to do! Lots of interesting items to look at as well. Good shoe selection.
