I only wanted to get rid of my household waste. The layout is terrible. Climbing up ramps to dispose of waste in different skips is extremely difficult for me let alone the aged or disabled. Why can't it be arranged like other waste sites where you drive up a ramp to access the top of skips.
So a bit of carpet- up one ramp. A cardboard box- up another ramp. Hard plastic, iron, wood- up down up down.
Then a few tiles and £3.0 for the privilege. I should be paid for sorting out my waste.
This is a consequence of privatisation, FCC have been given carte blanche to make as much profit out of Lichfield's public. Where do us rate payers benefit? Read the staff reviews, it's an eye opener.
