We had a problem with a tacho whilst on the Island, Stag Lane Motors were so helpful. They rearranged a few bits so they could fit us in, diagnose the fault and then fix the problem for us. They were so helpful and accommodating - I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any help with their coaches whilst the island. The fitters were also very nice to our driver. Thank you for your help - I'll certainly be using you again if I have any problems!

This fantastic company just managed to gain entry to our car that had locked itself with the keys inside. We were on the Red Funnel Ferry so time was of the essence, and the lovely gentleman was fast efficient and friendly. Polite and professional with a sense of humour, definitely a five star plus service Thank you 😊

My Mini One D had a flat front tyre yesterday evening. Within 15 minutes James from Stag Lane Motors, came to the rescue like a SUPERHERO and towed us to the nearest garage, and he went that extra mile!

Our car wouldn’t start so called out breakdown and a great guy named James came round and diagnosed the problem in about 5 mins.
Got the car started and was able to drive it to our regular garage to get fixed.
Great service and very quick to respond. Highly recommend 👍😎

Really disappointed as this place was recommended to me. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience, being given different prices, misquoted and told to pay more, and told that things were fixed, when they weren't.

They had the car in for much longer than anticipated. No one knew what they were talking about on the phone, I tried to find out what was going on many times. When I got there I ended up paying more than what they said I owed, and my electric window still isn't fixed. They didn't even tell me it wasn't fixed and needed even more work and money spent on it. I had to collect the car and tried the window to find out it was still broken.

I spoke to the manager who took no responsibility and tried to blame her staff and me! The mechanic himself was a lovely man but I think the communication within the organisation is appalling. Regrettably the customer service and leadership of the owner is also lacking. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I see someone else has had a similar experience too. Shameful.
