I had an exceptional experience with STC Recovery and couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

When the recovery truck arrived, Sam was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly assessed the situation, safely loaded my car, and ensured that I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The recovery was efficient and handled with great care, which really put my mind at ease considering my vehicle was A appreciating classic.

Broke down on the M11 near Harlow at 5 am. I contacted my breakdown service RAC and ended up waiting over an hour with the app's time not updating. So called Motorway Priority. RAC has been the worst breakdown company, and I don’t even know why I’m paying them. I found (SAM) STC Recovery on Google, and he told me he would be with me within 25 minutes. Sam kept me updated during those 25 minutes, letting me know he was loading the skates into the van and providing an ETA and made it to me in 25min. Thanks for the fast and the great chat Sam will be contacting you again if in breakdown down anywhere near M11 or the M25.

I was driving my sports car to Stansted Airport in the very early hours of Friday morning and heading to a concert in Rome. Unfortunately, I spun on a very slippery patch, and went backwards off the road. My cars rear wheels were up on a grassy slope and the front of the car was stuck against a tarmac kerb and was going nowhere. I thought that was it for the concert, because the Traffic police could not help, but I found STC on the Internet, and Sam came along very quickly with a trolley jack and some small ramps and got me up and out of that hole. Although I missed my flight, I was able to get another and got to the concert. Sam was a really friendly and conscientious guy, who did everything to minimise further potential damage to my car, and saved the day! The concert was superb, and a last opportunity to see one of my musical hero's, so I would have been gutted not to be there. Cheers STC!
