Provider wrong part so sent it back with driver same time was told will get the correct one did t return for a week had to chase up and then drive down to them and didn’t want to refund the full amount after debates they did and provided another part had to pay for 2 by now then it comes wrong again and now they want to take out the handling charge from payments made for providing wrong parts twice . Not a good service providers first experience with them is last one for me

It was a awful experience, called up for a quote which was great told guy id be down later to buy. Went the following day to purchase the item over the counter to be told I had to call number and pay over phone I thought great i pay and go back in to collect, no you then have to wait for a text to say item is ready. Sat in car for 30 minutes no text told I had to wait for text to collect item had to leave as had another appointment. Called later that day as still no text to be told it was ready whilst I was sat out side. Drive back to place to call the mobile collection number got no answer multiple times, no one on reception stood waiting for 10 minutes, even called parts number told them I was downstairs waiting no one came. Only reason I got seen at reception was a young lady came off her break and asked if I was ok. I never recieved a text to say anything was ready. System they are using is awful.

Staff are good... but management are poor takes 2 hours to go counter... and wait for the parts. high staff turnover slow deliveries best if you order elsewhere probably get a better price too.

Horrid customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff. Disgusting attitude on phone and even worse in person. Keep you waiting forever at the doors outside the building. Staff need to grow up and get a life. Avoid!!!!

Most of the guys here are very friendly and helpful and very good at what they do, namely Aaron and Aman.
Unfortunately, there is a staff member who does not have the correct attitude
Elena was her name, I believe. Her attitude over the phone is disgusting. I would suggest management need to listen to her calls.
Also, the girl who brings the parts out is very polite and friendly (sorry, not sure what her name is ) she is customer oriented.
Overall, the reception area needs a good overhaul, and for the time it takes for the parts to come out, there should be some chairs and vending machines.

Picked a door lock up today and would like to thank Alex for arranging the door lock to be put on one side for me to collect and also a big thank you to the person who served me on the parts desk very helpful and very knowledgeable polite 👍👍👌

Very rude staff. I ordered parts on a phone, the rep taking order appeared very rude and assumed if I know their system.
He kept asking me, what’s the number, what’s the number. I said which number, I’m calling you 1st time, I don’t know which number you are asking for? He confused me so much and I forgot to tell him that I am entitled for a business/trade discount.

Finally, I went to collect the parts, before they bring the parts to me, I told them to apply discount. I was told that discount has already been applied. A rep came down and requested to see my eligibility card, I showed it really him. Another one was by him, he spoke to me very rudely and said, I would have told them when I ordered the parts, because it cost money to reprint the receipts. I explained him the situation when I ordered the parts. He was rude and said ok, next time do it when you order. He went in and sorted the receipts, applied the discount and the first rep came down, handed over the parts and took the payment, he was nice and helpful, no complain against him.
This is how they treat customers, I gave them over £300 business, and this is how I was treated. Next time I won’t be going there, I would be better off using my local euro or any other car parts shop.
