I was sorting out my grandparents house and needed furniture to be removed. Spoke to a woman on the phone who said that was fine. They didn't give a time and when they arrived the drivers said they couldn't take the furniture and it was up to the drivers discretion. Obviously I wasn't told that on the phone and told the man this to which he became very rude and left without taking the furniture saying and I quote "it is what it is" after I told him that we urgently needed to clear this house. His had a massive van which is normally for furniture but I think they just couldn't be bothered to lift it.

Next I spoke on the phone with a man named Martin to ask about this policy I wasn't told about and instead of apologising for a colleagues mistake or confusion, he was adamant to making me out to being a liar.

The manager enrika did little to help basically passing the blame and not actually answering me when I asked why was I told that they sell furniture when the driver said they don't.

This charity is for a good cause and its a shame that because of the employees/volunters and their not handling of a donation, that I'll have to go elsewhere.
