With a busy garage, when fitting the tyre they checked the tyre pressure and inflated it exactly right, and tightened the wheel-nuts up with a torque wrench. They do all the things that old men on internet forums obsess-over right!

Just before Christmas I ordered 2 x 17inch BF Goodrich tyres to be fully fitted, balanced, valves etc for my VW T6 on a set of Wolfrace Manators. Tyres arrived as arranged so took the car in that Saturday morning to be fitted. Despite being really busy and there only being 2 fitters on I was in and out in no time while I waited. A little tricking fitting for the guys due to the wheel spacers and I always worry about wheels being damaged but they did a great job, really efficient and to a great standard. Local, efficient, competitively priced and great service, great work guys, much appreciated 👌 I will be back.

I ordered tires on Monday and was told they would be ready for installation by Wednesday. On Wednesday, I checked, and they informed me that the tires hadn't arrived. I left my phone number, but there was no call, even though they promised to contact me. I left my number again, and they said the tires would arrive in two days. A week has passed, and still no call. I do not recommend this place. Maybe it used to be reliable, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now. 0/0.

When asking once about the cost of 2 self-bought tyres replacement, I was told about 10 pounds each, plus maximum 2-3 pounds for balancing, depending on the amount of grams required.
Confident, I've just come again today for replacing two 185/60R15 on the back axle of my Jazz. There were needed maximum 15-25 grams on each side of the rims, so minimum balancing.
Final bill: 40 pounds. So, I'd better bought the tyres with fitting included, but you know, I'd thought about funding up independent local business as well. Bad thought.
I will never come back, sorry!

I have used this garage for many years for tyres but I am sad to say I will not use them again. The customer service experienced this week is nothing short of dreadful. Phones not answered so I went to premises instead. I waited ages at reception in plain view of the staff but was simply ignored. Finally I got someones attention by walking into the service area. I was treated rudely but agreed to return the following day. The following day I had exactly the same experience and a member of staff was overhead saying "oh its that bloke that came yesterday, he can wait"!! I was bluntly told to leave my keys on the top. When in reception a member of staff there walked in an out of the room and deliberately ignored me. Either there has been a change of management, the staff are overworked or they have given up caring. Its sad to see what used to be a great business drop to such poor standards. I don't usually leave reviews but I have done so on this occasion to give the business a bit of a wake up call, if they want to retain their customers/business. I fail to see what I have done on my part to upset the guys!!

Fantastic service, run by very kind people. Not only did they fix my double puncture very speedily, but they also went beyond the call of duty by personally driving me so I didn't miss a very important appointment. Genuine kindness, a rare quality not often experienced in most companies today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sutton Courtenay Tyres.
