The person came around this morning when booked, very quickly took the car (and kindly restarted it) and in less than 2 hours I've received the payment. Offered me the best scrap price by a solid £60, very easy to book in a collection with 2 days notice, as I was going away. Kayleigh then called me the day before my collection was due and said they had a free slot if I wanted it because she knew I was going away the morning of the collection. Collection of my car took 10 minutes, then I was paid within 2 hours. Overall just an excellent experience, everyone here is so nice and went above and beyond to help!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!
