This is such a great service. The staff are great. It is madness that the Council is closing it down. The reasons given seem like an excuse and not credible. Cheltenham will be much poorer off without this facility and, of course, fly tipping will massively increase ... which the Council will then claim they can't do anything about! Sad all round and a deplorable decision. 😫

A great team of very helpful people. So good to see the centre well organised; though it still pains me to see perfectly good household stuff being thrown away. How about a charity drop off on site?

The most wonderful staff, especially Marouane! My sister is 33 weeks pregnant and he helped her get everything out of her car. Very very grateful!!

Excellent facility but going to be closed to cover the cost of a new natural swimming pool in Glos! Absolute disgrace! Need to start petition!

I been there today at half past 3 (they should be open untill 4), but they were closed already. I took there 10 liter used cooking oil, but they told me they accept just up to 5 liter and I have to book appointment. This is just nonsens. I think very soon 10 liter oil will go down the drain... Very dissappointed!

Turned up. 10 bays free. Apparently you now have to book? I asked if I could drop stuff off now as there are 10 bays free. She said no as I hadn't booked πŸ˜‚. Unbelievable. Couldn't even book a slot that day, even though it wasn't busy! Make it make sense.

Used to be a fantastic recycling centre but it’s been ruined with the booking system. Drove past today and it was dead. I had some things in the boot so checked to see if I could book a slot. Nothing available for 3 days! What is the point of paying (taxes) for the place not to be in use! Understand the use of the booking system in busy times (weekends, holidays etc). But someone needs to think about this with a sensible head.
