My experience is quite okay to be honest.First time bought from this site
Collected car today drove it back 300 miles with no issues other then what I knew prior to bidding (cosmetic body work issues)
The girl who works in reception friendly and professional.
They also helped me to start car as battery was dead.
Will be buying again

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Bristol branch. The customer service was non-existent, with staff speaking in an unprofessional and rude manner. To top it off, there were no restroom facilities available for customers. I will definitely not be using this branch again.

I went to pick up the car . Description said car run i arrived found battery been dead and I wont start the car when I asked them to help me start car with Jump lead they said they don't have anything available and I hear only from the lady sit there to text them on chat and "sorry darling " also on the picture shows the car has fuel then after finally start the car by my own the car turn off and couldn't started again as they stolen the fuel from car was very empty couldnot keep car on for one second

Reception Staff just don't care, went to pick up a vehicle,auction state keys should be with the vehicle,at the collection I asked for the keys, they could not find them so woman on the office told me someone see pitting them on the pocket, told me to contact chat , she told head office the same , then she says 'some people doing it to get the refund' , once spoken to her she says 'just take your motorbike and go' , really rude person, chat people the same, after all they says they cant guarantee keys event when the auction states the keys are with the vehicle,the next time they will give you wrong vehicle becouse they basically cant guarantee anyrhing unless it works for them. After all I have been offered to list vehicle again, but they even won't refund' buyer fees, so ? They Like to earn twice on vehicle they advertised incorectly, still wanted to charge me 99quid to list vehicle with them, full of scammers that's all.
Really dissapointed, Hope they be treated the same way by someone else.

Can't be contacted, paid for a vehicle and tried to get a time slot and waited over 2 hours at position 1 had to give up. Still waiting for a reply to my email, now require a refund as paid for this vehicle by mistake as originally shown as being at Canvey Island Essex.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT 0%- "Travelled 130 Miles" via Train Journey to collect car turns out to be a "Non-Runner" when it Advertised Start & Drives! What A Shame they 'Wouldn't Accept They Made A Mistake' told me Take It Up with their 'Live Chat' Team! Well they 'Lied To Me Not Understanding At All' that I Travelled 130 Miles via Train No Fault Of Mine that car was "Not As Described " (Case For Bristol Trading Standards). Requested A Refund 101 Excuses! Had To Go Back Home on Train Costing me Extra! HOPING FOR REFUND NOW FROM THEIR HEAD OFFICE!

Worst Experience with Synetiq Bristol

I won a car through an auction, and it was described as "run and drive." However, when I went to collect it at the Bristol Synetiq, I was told that it does not run and drive as advertised. To make matters worse, I found the car to be damaged when I saw it at the Bristol Synetiq location. The staff there told me to contact them online and report the issue.

When I reported the problem, I was told that this situation was not their fault. I was frustrated because I had spent time and fuel for nothing. After nearly 2 hours of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to issue a refund.

In summary, my experience with Synetiq has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would caution others not to trust them based on my experience.
