Probably the worst experience I've ever had and would advise people to avoid coming here now, had parts before and never really had issues other then there communication being shocking. On this sale however it's been a mess, enquired and ordered parts of a breaker that was confirmed to be OK and on the car and they requested payment which I paid. I only messaged to actually order more off the breaker when I was hit with completely different information and prices, and when chasing up on my parts I had ordered was told that my parts had gone 'missing'. Asked for a call to discuss to be told no phone lines which I know this to be untrue from previous orders. Asked for money back which I'm still waiting for-quick to take payment but slow to refund when they mess up. Avoid this place as they don't care, poor communication, one sales rep will say one price and another will tell you a other price for the same part and online says another.

Absolutely rubbish service online ,agent don’t care about customer service,they have 5 cars in stock with same model but they dont bother to check ,they just say dont have it simple os that,don’t know who’s stupid idea was about online chat ,you can not get hold on to them,avoid at all costs

This place got me door for my mums fiesta, it came with all the bits still attached and was a very cost effective. When I arrived the part was ready to pop in my car boot and the staff member who talked to me at the front desk was the same person who brought me the part, which I liked. Went down to have a couple of tyres fitted after a on line purchase today I couldn’t have met 2 nicer fellas the fella behind the counter very helpful couldn’t do enough for and the fella who fitted my tyre’s absolutely spot on excellent service I can’t remember there names but they will know who I was 10/10 for service from me outstanding fella

Damage to bumper was hidden in photos, also sent me a second bumper I didn't order. I've been waiting nearly three months for them to arrange a return.

I dealt with Jack using their Live chat facility. The part I’d seen had been sold but Jack found me another Honda Jazz door in brown (a difficult colour to find) at another site. He provided me with all the info I needed to feel comfortable making a purchase. After providing my details, he sent me a payment link that allowed me to buy it and arrange delivery. And for a good price. I was preparing myself for a long quest, but all was done in 90 mins. A big thank you from York!

this company is shocking to deal with no one to speak to on the phone the staff are rude over there online chat and very un helpful and they couldn't care if they helped or not stay away from them
