There is a forklift driver at this Synetiq. Oh my God , he behaves like you owe him something . He is always angry , upset , rude ... he serves customers whenever he feels like . I wish I knew his name so I could write it here . His manager needs to talk to him , show him how to talk with smile .

I worked at HBC for a period of 3 weeks through an agency. It was an alright company to work for. It is located in Haverton Hill aka The middle of nowhere. The office hours are 9AM-5:30PM but if you want to collect a vehicle you need to be in before 5PM. Make sure if you are going there to be wearing a high vis vest/clothing otherwise the office staff won't serve you. The office only accepts card payments for cars now not cash. Also they do not sell spare parts only whole cars. The yard staff are canny, good banter etc. The office staff, some of them are ok, 1-2 of them were not that nice. The other staff were all good people. The communication between management and staff could be better though. I showed up to work and was told I wasn't required, apparently what had happened was the manager had emailed the agency saying it was my last week but failed to pass that message onto me or the other staff.

Such a disgrace, this company! Fire damage was not disclosed in the listing. Vehicle arrived with burned out car boot. The other car had incorrect mileage provided in the listing obviously with intention to attract more buyers. It was not the case where mileage has been clocked. They just entered the reading incorrectly by 20,000 miles, trying to catch you out. Although their policy says incorrect mileage is valid reason to reject a vehicle, they won't relist unless I pay £720+Vat. Absurd! Totally absurd!

Recovered my camper van without permission, took me 2 weeks to finally get it back, when I did, they'd caused over £1000 of extra damage to my van ripping all the front bumper and grill out, when asked they've just refused to rectify

Absolutely shocking centre headed 3 hours over to collect 2 cars got caught in traffic arrived just under 2 hours late but still in opening times at 15:35 to be told will have to leave and book appointments for another day. Absolutely no empathy from the receptionist about the cost gone in to trying to make a living that day. I’d understand if we turned up after closing but we never.

The worst site I have ever been, I came earlier and on my way to reception was literally kicked out by mad forklift driver. Didn't even let me talk to Reception. He was shouting at me and driving over footpaths until I left the site.

I made an appointment to collect personal items from my car, the staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful, thank you ?

Absolutely shocking customer service, very unhelpful and very rude. Make sure your storage fees are paid for before you get here unless you have cash as they don't take card payments and have poor internet reception to make bank transfer difficult and won't give you any access to wifi. Was told I should go and find a decent internet signal and come back. Head office were disgusted with the actions of these staff and a complaint has been made.
