Winsford Branch !

My visit to Synetiq’s auction site was made even better thanks to Tony at the front desk. He was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. He even saved me from paying some unnecessary fees, which I greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service—thank you, Tony!

You are the worst auction on the market.you up the bids by having an internal person bid or use AI.after winning the car you put a feee of your liking not 10% of the value of the car plus £150 admin fee!won the car for 2K and the fees were £470 ? disgusting.
People think they get a fare bid,NO they are not.

Very unhappy with how this auction handles vehicles. Came to collect my car today and Bumper was sitting on the floor whilst in picture it was attached to vehicle.

Secondly these SCAMMERS took out all the petrol from the vehicle and the car ran out of fuel on the way home, giving me a headache which lasted 2 hours.

You pay for the vehicle how it is, including the fuel it contains at the time the pictures where taken.

They drained a full tank of petrol, bunch of thieves

Needed a specific LED part for my car, found one, confirmed it was what I needed via the live chat where they sent me additional pictures fornpeace of mind. And the item arrived less than 24 hours later, MOT passed, winner! I mean, if that's not great customer service I don't know what is. I won't bother shopping around I'm just coming straight to you guys and gals

Mis described rubbish as always. Car delivered with a smashed windscreen. No mention of this damage or photos revealing it when the auction was running live. Dick Turpin wore a mask when he was robbing people.

If u pay attention for what u buy..u can get really good cars there.the only problem with synetiq Winsford is that they take every drop of fuel from the car and u need to come with your own fuel if u want to take it on wheels!
In other sites of synetiq they leave the car the way it came!

➡️ No car park or place to safety wait so you need park on double line next to reception. I arrived 20mins before my book slot at 9am. I wait over 30mins to get in and I left yard at 9:50am not bad but could be better.
➡️ There is no information on email or receipt that I need bring I.D with me so travel from Scotland could ended quite badly.
➡️ They are really bad organise, when one guy ask me to park next to entrance to another part of the yard another one ask me to move because I'm blocking his place to drop another car.
➡️ All issues above is really not big deal compare to last one.
They badly damage both passenger side doors by badly loading on forklift. Ss you can see on pictures damage is made by forklift legs at specific high and width. So another £500 to spend just because they couldn't pay enough attention!
