Alway friendly and helpful. Take note of opening times as closed 13:30-14:30 weekdays. Open untl 18:00 though which is useful.

I recently visited T A Burley Pharmacy to receive a flu jab. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive, particularly the pharmacist who administered the jab. They were very polite and walked me through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and answering any questions I had.

The pharmacist was also very gentle and efficient when giving the jab. I barely felt a thing!

Incompetent is probably the kindest word i can use for them ...let us drive all the way from louth for a flu jab to be told they didn't have any despite us booking an appointment ...didn't bother ringing or messaging us just let us drive there to be told this am absolutely livid ....stupidity at its finest

It would be really helpful to share closure times on the website. Currently shows open but the times on the door show 2.30 opening. Displaying true times would help planning journeys.

I love this pharmacy. I moved here from Waltham, and had terrible experiences at my previous dispensary. I ended up having crippling anxiety before entering the shop. Since using Burley's I have only ever been met with respect, kindness and professionalism. They go above and beyond to help you, and don't act as though you're a nuisance.
