Ordered a replacement gearbox which was delivered very quickly (can't fault). Mechanic repairing the vehicle then said that the problem wasn't the gearbox at all but the driveshaft. Contacted T and B, they agreed they would take the gearbox back and refund money to my credit card minus a small handling charge. Shipped back to them a month ago (19/4/23) but six phone calls and four emails later I am still waiting for the refund (have checked account today 20/5/23 and still no refund despite being assured four days ago that the refund had been put through). Last emailed the company a week ago to advise I will go down the small claims route to get my refund. Shouldn't come to this, over a month to do a 5 minute refund job? In summary, good service in supplying the part but appalling in terms of getting a refund back to the customer. Absolutely zero communication from the company, I've had to constantly chase to get back what is a relatively small amount of money. Perhaps a bad but factual review might get a response?
Update 05/07/23 - having seen the response from the company, three observations
1) I accepted that the correct part was delivered and on time, see original review
2) the small claim process was instigated ONLY to recover the cost of the part, NOT the delivery costs to me. I also paid the delivery costs to return the gearbox to the company.
3) the mediator did not "find in favour" of the company, I received full payment back for the gearbox. I have written proof of this as part of the settlement reached. The mediation process is supposed to be confidential but given that the company has posted I think it only fair to give the facts. The fact that I had to resort to the small claims process at all speaks volumes.

Good price and quick delivery. Requested delivery to local garage repairing vehicle but sent to home address and no assistance offered or suggested to rectify. Paid through PayPal but unfortunately didn’t acknowledge address on order through 1st choice website.

T&B Motors still haven't refunded me despite the item arriving back to them on 27th March (almost 5 months ago). Unfortunately, having now read other Google reviews, it seems this is a common occurrence with this company.

The van floor mat I purchased was done over the phone and arrived prompty - I can't fault the purchase. When I tried to fit the floor mat, it turned out that it must have been for a slighlty different model of van to mine as it didn't fit. Nobody's fault, these things happen. T&B said they'd refund me if I sent it back so I did just that.

However after almost 5 months and countless calls to them asking where my refund was and being told "oh that's strange you haven't been refunded, I'll look into it for you", there's still no sign of it.

The item in question didn't cost a huge amount compared to other vehicle parts but still not a sum I'm willing to give away to this company. I intend to take the matter to small claims unless it is resolved.

Bought a used engine for a Vivaro van, after being told it had been extensively tested and was good to go. Had it fitted and as soon as it fired up, mechanic called to say it was faulty. Called T&B and they sent a replacement but I said I needed to pay again the mechanic to replace the engine and fella on end of phone agreed to £200.00 refund. Refund has never arrived and I have called 4-5 times and they said it would be sorted. Have emailed as well but nothing. For the sake of £200.00 refund that was agreed, they now get a poor review, which would have been less than 1 star, if I could give it less.

What an absolute pleasure to do business with. Great communications, super fast delivery, I cannot fault these guys one bit.
After dealing with other companies to resolve an issue i came across these guys and within 24 hours everything was sorted and I was back to work again.
I would happy to recommend this company to anyone. Do not hesitate to use them.

Where to start oh well. Sold wrong parts after alot of hassle they then found the correct part. Wanted £100 more ye right on ur bike. So anyway they sent it and low and behold it was broken they didn't want to know wasn't interested in the slightest.
Then cost me £600 to get sorted and 2 days of my mechanic working his behind off for nothing chasing round trying to get it into working order company still wasn't interested.
I'd avoid at all cost and search somewhere else before using these they are not bothered what they sell don't care about showing it either
