Just pure rude. I called to enquire about a shower pump which has plenty of brass and copper. Phone line wasn’t great and thought receptionist said no but line cut off. Called straight back to confirm and before I could finish she’d hung up on me. Clear this is what happened the first time. Simply wow. What appalling customer service.

I drop off aluminium here, which they recycle and donate the proceeds to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Always friendly, and appreciative, can't praise them highly enough

Excellent place and very friendly staff. Took some metal to the charity bin — I initially thought it would be a small bin, but it’s huge, so you haven’t got to worry about items not fitting in.

Not the usual scrap dealer where you have to count your fingers as you leave.
Friendly and fair.
What's more they take ferrous scrap for charity. So take your bits of scrap metal down there and let the proceeds do to phylis tuckwell. Well done them.
