Brilliant service. Spoke with the lady in the office and arranged a skip to be delivered at short notice. Very friendly and efficient. Driver was a diamond, very helpful. A great experience all round.

Bad communication and we feel ripped off. Its such a shame we had a bad experience because the skip arrived when it was booked. On the phone we spoke with Jo. We had just moved in and hadn't hired a skip before so was unsure of the size's. We asked for the largest one which we had booked and a 6 yard skip arrived. We filled it up thinking it looked small. We called 3 days later for them to collect and order another one to find out they had larger skips all along. We mentioned this to them and they couldn't care less about the mix up. The 6 yard was £336 and we were looking at getting a second now. They had no customer service skills and were just rude about the whole thing. I ended up calling DSW for the next skip, they were cheaper in price at £354 for the 8 yard also the guy who dropped it off from DSW was friendly and helpful.

We would NOT recommend Julian T and Sons

We hired a 8 cube skip initially and it was dropped off the next day. We then had to hire a skip for plasterboard and again great value and service. Will certainly be using again
