Best scrap yard / waste recycling centre in the Midlands wouldn't go any where else

First time here for a collection. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and courteous, fork lift driver was very great at explaining all that was going on and all that I should be doing. Very happy with my first experience here.

The driver drove straight over my lawn rather than ask my neighbour to move there car When I told him to get off he shouted at me he then eventually asked my neighbour to move her car and apparently told her I was being a mardy f...er. Really wish I knew before he drove off . I rang the company to complain and was told someone would ring me back once they had spoken to him but I never got a call back. Disgusting behaviour and the company is clearly no better for letting there staff behave like this . Hopefully I will be in when he comes to collect the skip .

Very competitive with pricing plus all the lads are very friendly , but please fill in that massive hole near the weigh bridge ?

It's good having the super customer care but the dusty and muddy path leading to that place need some development please
