AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from one of their drivers! who chose to drive around parked cars when it wasn’t their right of way and he could clearly see multiple vehicles already heading towards him. Trying to bully his was through because he was in a larger vehicle. He then proceeded to sit there turn his engine off and have a drink, saying that he will sit here all day he’s in no rush. refusing to reverse to allow the Que of traffic through that was on the correct side of the road waiting to get through, and had nothing behind him. Even thought it was funny to put this thumbs up and smile when taking a photo of the vehicle. Driver will be reported

Absolute con. Rang to book skip. Was told to book online. Assured that when the two weeks was up I’d be called to extend. Turned up to the job and the skip had gone. Not even a third filled no call or anything. Called to see if we could resolve and was spoken to by a rude member of staff who told me “just book another”. 20 years building and this is a joke. Que the response “our terms and conditions clearly state” joke of a company keep your money and look elsewhere.
Just to add clearly asked for skip to be put away from path as theres a young lad in a wheelchair comes past to and from school everyday and the skip was over hanging the path. 👎🏻

Always had good experience with Taurus. Had several skips and today a grab lorry which was perfectly timed. Online booking is easy.

Like other reviewers I booked a 14day skip hire. They delivered on Friday 7th October.
Without knocking or attempting to make any contact, they turned up and removed the skip on Thursday 20th October. they even moved materials stacked against the skip waiting to be put in. We had not finished loading the skip and when I rang I was told that a week runs from Friday to Thursday When I explained that I had paid for 14 day skip hire, I was told that they wont explain themselves and hung up.

I ordered a skip online at 4pm on Sunday and it arrived at 08:00 the next day on Monday. I think this is the most efficient service I have ever used! Skip was dropped off quietly and without any hassle in about 5 minutes. Great service.

Was told to order a skip online to get the discount, had to add a date for pickup which was only 2 weeks away from drop off, but clarified this over the phone and was told we could have the skip for longer. They collected a half empty skip today! terrible service. will not use again. Response to your reply, My husband called and spoke to someone who said we could have the skip for longer!! therefor no need to call again and confirm this? surely? just a way of making money and providing a poor service. I should have used Collards
