I have a ‘97 Celica project and have had difficulty sourcing parts, and when I got the dreaded message off the garage stating it needed handbrake cables as the existing ones were beyond stretched and ECP, etc were all out of stock I went to google and came across TCB.

I emailed towards closing time, and Paul emailed back within minutes confirming they had them in stock. A phone call the next day, took payment and were promptly dispatched before arriving the following day.

Paul seemed very knowledgeable on the phone and top class customer service. Will definitely be ordering again when I need parts!

Unfortunately not a great experience here.
Ordered parts in July 23. All bar 1 part arrived within 2 weeks, happy days.

The missing part was on a 4 week lead time. No issue as the car wasn't being worked on for a while. Messaged in September for an update, was told getting anything from Toyota is a nightmare at the moment. Again, this was ok as car wasn't being worked on.

I messaged again in November as the car was now in the garage and I needed the part. I was told they will need to reorder the part, and will get back to me with a lead time. No message for 10 days so I had to order elsewhere.

This had been going on for months already so I asked for a refund. The seller didn't like the fact I asked for a refund and said they were now going to be out of the money, and the part. I got sick of waiting so said send when you get them.

This was in November, and now months later still waiting.

I've had the misfortune of having to order from these guys twice in a short time frame, both sides of my suspension in my GT4 failed within 3 months of each other. You could not possibly ask for a better company to deal with. Fantastic pricing on genuine OEM parts, clearly labelled where they aren't. A bit old style in terms of ordering over the phone, but frankly, speaking to the guys there is a blessing. They know what they're talking about, and go out of their way to help where they can. I'm doing my latest suspension repair myself, was given advice on what equipment I'd need, what works and what doesn't. And I was even welcomed to contact them if I needed some guidance doing the work over the weekend even though they're not open. I will be back countless times over the ownership of my GT4 I am sure.

Amazing guys here, parts are affordable and the knowledge provided is invaluable. Ordered a load of bits for a service including HT leads, plugs, oil filter, rotor arm and distributor cap and came out £100 less than I expected. I've spent maybe £500 on my MR2 with these guys over the last month or two and it's an epic experience every time.

What a gem of a find! Nothing too much trouble for Trevor and Paul. They really know their trade and go that extra mile as standard. Fair priced parts regularly arrive promptly to me in Scotland by Fed Ex at equally fair postal charges and always safely packaged...who can ask for more? I'm so happy that my MR2 Roadster has a reliable source of parts to keep it going throughout its lifetime. Thanks guys for your continued advice and suppport in keeping my little car in tip top condition?

TCB was amazing with supplying me parts however one item was out of stock only be told this after paying. Waited 2 weeks and nothing Found the part I needed elsewhere and contacted them asking for a refund for the item that still hadnt been posted or even in stock with themselfs. now almost 2 months down the line still no refund for the item I paid for and not recived.
