Awful drivers! Completely blocked a road which was the diverted route from a road closure. They totally ignored me as I politely asked them to move. I had to get out of the car and they continued working, shrugged their shoulders and just “what are you gonna do about it?” There were other cars behind me and behind them from the other direction but they refused to stop what they were doing and we had no choice but turn around meaning we very late for our appointment. Horrendous attitudes and so incredibly rude!!

It was just after 3pm today.
