Very rude lady working there. I went there yesterday and just because a few of the clothes I brought weren't quite up to standards, she refused to check the remaining bags of clothes I took in and had to drag them from my car which was parked further away down the side road due to lack of parking spaces available. Then she started to check the next people's clothes without even paying me, so I had to ask her for the money, she gave it to me, then I had to drag everything else which I only just yanked in from the car back. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this place, the woman who works there has a serious attitude problem and I will never go back there again. I would recommend either phoning for a cash for clothes collection of find another place with with workers who have more professional attitudes. I checked all my clothes and I am sure many was OK. The woman who works there is RUDE and I repeat RUDE 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤😤💩😤💩😤

Disgusting place that stunk and was infested with flies. The lady was so rude and was refusing to take perfectly good clothes, when I questioned her why she said this is not charity these clothes are going to polond for resale. 15kg worth of good clothes some with tags for £8. I was in there for far too long to change my mind but I wish I threw the clothes in the bin rather than profit this scam of a company. Never again!!!

They are absolutely horrible when it comes to trying to get them to book an appointment, their staff have no manners and mistreat the items that you are selling . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who wants to get rid of their clothes

Not worth the journey, the place is also very difficult to find and it’s quite creepy inside. The woman picks and throws the clothes on a massive scale on the floor, only new or good quality items so this is not a recycling centre as they advertise. Very disappointed as I brought 9 kg of very nice clothes (she refused to take almost a bag) and I got £4.
I asked her why she was refusing to take the rest if they were planning to recycle them and she said the goal is to sale the clothes to Poland so they can sell them on stores. I would call this place a scam - next time I’ll take my clothes to charity.

Staff were incredibly rude and refused to take clothes even though we had phoned ahead and had it confirmed that it was okay to drop off at 3:45pm, incredibly unprofessional, stay away from this awful business

Woman is very rude. Took 30 minutes to go through all the clothes picking through them. Definitely take your clothes to charity and don’t waste your time on this place.

Not really worth the time and effort and petrol - they offer very little for the clothes and seem to want only new or nearly new items - better off selling on eBay or Gumtree as a job lot or donating to charity.
