This is the most poorly designed recycling centre ever. The lack of available opening days for a start means that the service facility is always busy. Does rubbish only accumulate at home on days to suit Worcestshire Council? Once into the queue to get in, there is no way out, as it is one way only! My wife visited last week, allowing 30 minutes for the task prior to a dental appointment. She had to leave at the point where she had just reached the drop off point, because by this time, she was 10 minutes late for her appointment. I can't imagine what you would do if you had a call of nature and needed to leave urgently..... Desperately poor facility, badly thought through, and not fit for purpose.
