Beautiful furniture, and the store has been presented incredibly well. Unfortunately, similar to other reviewers I feel the staff really let the experience down. A little friendliness goes a long way and I’ve often found them to be rude and unhelpful, with no basic manners such as thank you etc. I wished one lady a nice day and she completely dismissed it and walked away.
Other than this the store is presented beautifully, it’s good to see how the different pieces can be mixed together and styled. The furniture pieces have been restored very well and decorated nicely. My flat has so many pieces from here!

Fantastic shop to find anything ‘home’❣️Beautifully laid out ‘rooms’ with everything one might need. Very clean throughout. Lots of upcycled furniture in muted chalk paints (name of paint colour too) Their own car park, so no excuses not to drop in! Sensible pricing too and for a great cause. Lovely manageress, Mary, who ensures everything is up to her excellent standard! A gem of a find❣️

Unfriendly and obnoxious staff at the donation side. Also, a staff sitting at the counter as we walked in, we greeted her instead of the other way round, and still she didn't reply to our Hello.

Perhaps they're tired (it was 11.25am. Who knows), should just take a break instead of passing on negative energy to visitors. Unpleasant experience both times I've been here, and just sharing this now.

The place has nice home stuff, though. Just go in and don't bother with the people, and you'll be fine.

A beautifully laid out Charity shop.
Colour schemed throughout their rooms.
Fantastic place with really lovely staff. I have bought some beautiful items here and to top it off they are stockists for Frenchic paint

Love the new store! It’s HUGE! And so many items to see. There is also a wee coffee machine and snack counter to keep you fuelled through. The staff and volunteers are doing great work getting things set up and settled in.

The new facility is really wonderful! I used to pop by the old shop to donate home items but was never moved to spend much time browsing for myself. But the new space has totally changed that for me. It’s thoughtfully laid out, spacious and so much of the old furniture is upcycled so tastefully in the renovation studio (in the same facility!) that I would have a lot of it in my own home now.

Good place to shop amazing items but sometimes the staff overpriced some articles and they don't accept any discount.

Despite having had some good purchases from this store, the staff have unfortunately let the experience down for me. Whether donating or buying, I've found that the staff have been rude, and I overall haven't received a great level of customer service.
