Used this centre for the first time and it is well organised. Showed my driving licence at the entrance and then just parked and started to move the rubbish around depending what it was. There is a staff around so you can ask if you are not sure where to add things. Will definitely come again.

Very long queues and waits. Nobody policibg/managing the traffic which is constantly blocking the maon road. Inconsiderate &#!@ jumping the queue (the Audi driver pictured cutting in and braking hard couldn't be bothered to queue like the rest of us!) BUT ... Once you do eventually get there (it took us an hour and a half) the staff are wonderful and very helpful). It just needs better management and policing (had I not been with my wife I would have 'had a word' with the Audi driver (I wouldn't have minded so much but, when he got there he unloaded a couple of black bags and went (mind you as he jumped the queue he saved waiting another 40+ minutes to get rid of them!).

This is a quiet organised place I have been a few times and I have to said the best time is early if you go a bit late well hold on for a queue and all depends on the people how fast the move .

Everytime I've been here the staff have been great.
Sometimes there's a queue but you expect that especially over the weekends, they did a fantastic job over the pandemic. The yard is kept clear and if you want any help or advice staff are approachable and happy to help.

Visited Thames Rd Recycling Centre today (5/3/24) and was so grateful for all the help I got from the staff there helping me to separate things out and actually taking my rubbish to the bins. As it was really raining at the time it made me doubly grateful. Thank you ☔️🙂
