I have been a patient here from birth, which is 50 years. I have blood pressure problems. After having a stroke, I feel like they just don't care repeatedly and are treated badly yet again offered an appointment in 4 weeks' time. When I feel like crap. I have not seen my registered Dr once. Since October, I have spoken to over 10 different doctors or more. I had to contact them after my stroke as they hadn't bothered 3 weeks later. They say I am anxious. I wonder why. Don't think they even look at this. If I could give 0, I would. There are some good people there, but they are looking bad because of everything else bad. update i have now left the practice found another gp practice nearby if you drive other places will take you on just ring and ask. I did.

Can't really fault them tbh, only been here 2 years, but they have been proactive with my healthcare, and the staff are brilliant.

Sure, they can get busy, but that's out of their control really - we have an ever expanding demand on NHS services, not helped by a lot of people who really need to rethink when they actually require a Doctor (or Hospital for that matter), when the Pharmacist can just ask easily help.

Terrible! On top of the fact that it takes two months to get an appointment when you're unwell, today I took my 8-year-old child to an emergency appointment and they refused to see her.
Yes, they had a medical emergency which I understand and know is out of their control but instead of prioritising cases accordingly, they told me "maybe later, we’ll call you."
How is that acceptable for a child who is clearly in pain? Making her wait the entire day, still suffering, is completely unacceptable especially when mine was also an emergency appointment. Surely someone with a regular check-up wouldn't mind waiting an extra 15 minutes in those circumstances.
The disregard for my daughter today was absolutely disgraceful. If you can register yourself elsewhere do it

Appalling. You can't call for an appointment, but they've also stopped taking online requests. The doctors and nurses are lovely....if you can see one. I'm sure the reception staff are pulling their hair out too, but right now this surgery isn't fit for purpose.

Have always experienced a great service, if I have to telephone it may be a wait but that is expected, I normally go online and I honestly receive a reply within minutes on most occasions or within an hour, very impressed and always helpful and professional

I thought it had improved but sadly I was wrong. My usual GP is on holiday so I get stuck with another who uses the animal system to contact me when it is on my records that I don't use it. This certain GP has made me housebound and denied my human rights and duty of care. I will be reporting this negligence to cqc. It is unacceptable and illegal to deny me a duty of care and best interests
