We Bought windows motor from them, they sent wrong motor deliberately and stopped responding escalated via eBay returns they promised an exchange to stop return because it froze their money they asked to pay again via card on the phone, we returned motor via eBay and motor was already dispatched they got us to stop return so we trusted them to unfreeze their money but their plan was something else, they wanted money and the motor back they knew one case is closed their is no refund. they get their motor back, and money as well. they build trust and misuse eBay policies once return is cancelled it cannot be escalated again. After speaking to many people and countless messages after wasting a week they sent another motor. Unfortunately it was wrong as well. Now it’s fraudsters or thief can’t help, they were acting like they don’t even know what motor is, someone just putted their and they posted it to us wrong again knowing that now they have got rid of the cheapest wrong door motor and also got the money and case is close and it cannot be escalated again, proper fraudsters. After taking it up with PayPal they tried another game of sending their own dpd to collect so it cannot be tracked unless you are registered as trader with dpd. And also PayPal cannot track it, I trusted them once again and sent this motor via their sent dpd and they did the same thing , it’s been long time and they are refusing they haven’t got the motor back , as they are being proper fraudsters they know all the dodgy tricks. How come next day dpd sent by themselves and they didn’t get it They might be polite on the phone but this group run by man called IAN and Jordan , be careful of them . They play these dirty tricks. They are reported to trading standards for their fraud activities.
