These guys are fabulous!! Look no further for waste and debris pick up in London!! Used them for a move out of a 3rd floor flat in West London and had bags of clothes, old vacuum and old toaster, etc to get rid of as was moving back to the states.
Junk Monkey arrived on time, removed items with care, and such gentlemen as well!! Top service. Thank you again.

Overall I had a good experience with Junk monkeys. We had some issues with access and they were very flexible in working around that, especially given there were protests in Central London which hampered their efforts. I would ensure that you take very clear pictures in order to get an accurate quote (I was out of town so had to do everything remotely rather than get an in person quote) as my quote did change once they went out to the property which is understandable. I have deducted one star because I had asked for the shower door to be removed and disposed of and had been under the impression that this was included in the final price I paid. I subsequently found out this was not done, and despite having contacted the company about it haven't had any further communication regarding this . Other than that, I was happy with the service and would generally recommend.

Amazing service! The men who came were clean, professional and easy to work with. Booking was also a breeze and they were able to accommodate my last minute booking which was incredibly helpful. Plus I didn't have to lift a finger! I would absolutely use this company again for any sort of junk/bed/furniture/carpet/insulation removal. Thank you!

Bit sad to have to write this review as initially Will and his team were great. Super responsive and got to the job swiftly, which I appreciated as it was urgent for me to get my flat emptied. I was told it would be a two day job.

However, on day one of the job they damaged (scratched/dented) my new front door. I was informed of this by my builder the morning of day two, not the Junk Monkey team. I contacted Will who apologised, said he would sort it and be there later that afternoon to collect the rest of the items.

And that was it, never heard from him or his team (Simon) again. He stopped answering my calls and messages and went completely MIA. I was then left with having to find another company to collect the bulky items that were left and with whats looking like a £300 repair fee for the door.

I get accidents happen, I wasn't hugely annoyed at the time as i was sure we could resolve it in an agreeable way. I am, however, really frustrated that they completely disappeared. It's just plain rude and a ridiculously bad way of dealing with customer grievances.
