So glad I purchased my kitchen from the metal house. Picked it up today so not got any appliances in yet but I'm so happy with it. The colour, quality and finish is amazing. Portuna, black trim, Winchester oak effect worktops, just beautiful ? thank you!

EDIT: Also had the Rusty Lee R&R from them. Now fitted, interior now complete and very happy with the result. Thanks Metal house!

Initially phoned The Metal House to discuss various products to convert my T5. I spoke to Josh who was helpful from the beginning. We arranged to call by and view various items in person and discuss colour options. I purchased the Altro flooring and rusty lee rock & roll bed with my choice of grey diamond pattern and sage green stitching with my front seats retrimmed to match. I was given a donor driver seat to use while mine were being made and went back a few weeks later to get them all fitted. Very happy with the results, quality and friendly team. Don’t hesitate to give Josh a call. Good local business that supports customers from all over.

Bought u shaped rubber channel for the metal base if my companion set to prevent scraping of the slate. Great price, fantastically quick despatch and very easily applied. Highly recommend this company. Many thanks.

Absolutely Impeccable customer service! Could not fault Josh at all in the slightest. We ordered a kitchen for our transit custom after removing our rock n roll bed we went along to collect the kitchen. Josh was more than helpful and accommodating when the kitchen was mm too high for the van due to the flooring being raised slightly. But nothing was a stretch for Josh, he got the tools out and cracked on taking the smallest amount off to help it fit! He even helped strap it down as we weren't ready for "fitting it" quite yet. Nothing has been too much bother and the turn around on the order was amazing! The team came in under their 4 week quote. So well done guys ? you do a smashing job! We certainly can't wait for our adventures now it's all fitted in!

Absolutely rubbish service, had to completely rebuild the kitchen I bought from this company if I had of known I would have bothered, all the knock on trims where loose and some of them fell off, the kitchen itself was for my transit custom and I had to get a conversion company to dismantle it and rebuild it so it worked... Ended costing me twice as much and no help from metal house ltd, I will definitely not use this company again and will definitely not recommend them to anybody... If your after a kitchen for your van conversion don't contact this company!!!

In response to your reply, I felt that you didn't or wasn't interested in the issues I was having with your kitchen!! The rock and roll bed was the correct fit for my van and of very good quality ( crash tested certified)
The problem was the kitchen!!
And the amount of alterations I had to do to rectify it....I paid a lot of money and then had to pay even more money to sort it out so that it would fit properly.

You didn't make it clear that you needed to install a particular type of bed or spec!!

I messaged you on numerous times and you didn't get back to me.. I wanted bed boards and messaged you regarding these and you done nothing about it...

Anyway we live and learn!!

After careful searching on the web I decided to shop with these guys.
I bought a kitchen & the Vulcan beds and also paid for them to be fitted.
I was quoted around 4 weeks and to be fair that was spot on.
I traveled 5 hours to get my order fitted.
Me & my partner got there for 9am and after being greeted by the great team we were then greeted to our kitchen & seats and I must admit they looked so much better than what they did in the pictures.
Anyway we left them to it to fit and went to Costa’s and had a coffee that was only around corner.
We were told to come back in 1.5 hours and we did that exactly and everything was done. So my Transit Custom LWB looks so amazing and I really can’t thank these guys enough. They show you how everything works and gave us a certificate for the seats.
This is truly the home for camper conversions in my eyes due to the experience and great service that I have had. I am so fussy when it comes to my van and honestly when I was here I was in heaven. Once again guys many many thanks for the great service.
And to anyone who is doing a conversion this is the place to shop 100%.
