I’ve been with the New Surgery Since I was born in 1997. Initially with Dr. Gupta, And then onto Dr Dabas, And other Locum’s - I’ve always had such a great experience with the new surgery - And I have never had an issue in getting an appointment. Thank you To you all.

Disappointing first visit to this surgery after South Green closed. I was 5 minutes late due to trouble finding the location, but upon arrival, I was surprised to find an empty waiting room. The doctor was still with a patient when I arrived until 4:45. So either she was running late or seeing the next patient earlier. A 5:10 appointment arrived at 5:07 and was seen straight away, while I was told by the receptionist that the doctor had decided to see me last. I'd already waited 45 minutes, including 20 minutes with no one else in the surgery. I couldn't help but think the doctor was trying to teach me a lesson. Something I learn is that I definitely don’t want to be seen by her. The receptionist was nice, I've since scheduled with another doctor, hoping for a better experience.

Rung them up 3 days ago to book an appointment and the lady booked me an appointment for 7pm and specifically said 7 in the evening yet failed to tell me the surgery closes at half 6, went all that way only to find out they were closed. Extremely frustrating and rude

Excellent surgery.

I called in the morning and got an appointment on the same day (within a couple of hours!).
Everyone was polite and professional, from the secretaries to the doctor that I saw. I am overall well pleased.

You will be lucky if they look at you with their eyes, the appointment lasted around 3 minutes, I waited a long week for it. They dismissed everything I had to say, the female doctor kept looking at her screen and typing, also talking over me, sent me without even taking my pressure, weight, temperature or anything at all, or even looking at me, or my face, even though she was informed of a serious pre-existing condition. Completely appalled by the service.

This is by far one of the best GP surgery's I have used, the competition being around 13 others over my lifetime, both in cities and small towns.
The receptionists genuinely care and are prompt to help where they can without being intrusive, I've spoken to different GPS who have all listened and and taken their time to offer advice and diagnosis.
During these terrible times for GP surgery's this team of wonderful people should be applauded for their work, we are so lucky to have them.
They have, without exaggeration, saved my life.

My husband and I had the most awful experience with one of the GP.
Instead showing some empathy for what we're going through, she just gave her opinion as a mother not as a doctor.
Even though we told her that my husband and I are suffering from depression, my baby has a chronic disease which requires treatment every 2 weeks to stay alive.
When we asked her for help with his sleep, she just told us to leave him crying and he'll learn... luckily we managed to get an appointment with his pediatrician and she was absolutely brilliant and referred us to the right specialists.
