The service (or lack thereof) from NWH has been pathetic to say the least! I've been left in a situation where I routinely have to check my invoices for their "admin errors" claiming overweight waste or going out my way to contact them regarding another missed pick up. It's never ending and I cannot wait to see the back of this company. Avoid and consider alternatives.

An absolute joke of a company. I cancelled my contract in February as they were not even picking up my bins on any sort of regularity. Constantly late in the day and sometimes missed completely. But what is really fustrating is they have not returned my front door key since my contracted ended on 28th February. I keep asking and am getting ignored. I have no idea who has a key to my business front door just now.

Ordered concrete (mixed on site as required) which arrived on time, driver was really helpful and our garden shed base was laid with ease (first time, so we were novices but NWH driver gave us the confidence we needed). Would recommend them for your concrete needs, but make sure you have plenty of helpers (with a barrow each) to ensure all goes smoothly.
