Went there this morning to make an appointment to see the doctor. As i was in so much pain.To which the receptionist said the doctor will phone you.no phone call so went back to be told you have a physio appointment in two weeks. Its not physio I need it's pain killers.this practice is a joke...

Went into the surgery today to seen Leah and see sorted things everything things out for me like see always does and when I have any problems she happy to insist me and she has advised me if I have any problems to go and see her as she will try and sort everything out for me. She’s is brilliant at her job it nice to have someone like that working at the surgery

Didn't have an appointment. Just turned up at surgery, my son had a panic attack. Doctors squeezed us in, she was fantastic. Listened to what my son said time was no issue. Absolutely brilliant fantastic Doctor thank you so much. You made a stressful situation, less stressful.

Doctors and nurses are good and helpful but receptionists are very rude and bitchy, they like to argue with you on the phone. Not professional

I came in the surgery to have an health check on the 4/8/25 , the nurse took blood from my left arm then straight after did a blood pressure check in the same arm and due to this I have a badly bruised arm 😕the second picture is 6 days later

Wouldn't even give 1 star.
Can never get an appointment and when you finally get through on the phone they tell you to book on an app that doesn't work. When you tell them this they basically call you a liar and say it does work because other people are using it. You tell them it's saying they need to give you access and they, again tell you it should just work automatically.
Clearly not as you can see on the screenshot.
So half an hour on hold again to get absolutely nowhere.
3 weeks of this.
You can see why people just go to A and E!!!

I have been experiencing some medical issues, in which I have been using this doctors. They have made so many errors since I have been with them, their staff do not care and are rude/dismissive. Booking appointments through ever green is unnecessarily difficult and gets closed off due to “raising as admin query” when that’s the only viable option, and has worked previously!! They will cause you unnecessary stress and problems due to their no-can-do attitude. Couple of months down the line, numerous appointments tests etc and still don’t know my issues 👍
