Simply put The Range = a warehouse sized version of the Aldi middle aisle.

You’ll find all sorts of things at great prices from tools to toys. I often pop in for general DIY gubbins before heading to a builders merchants or as last resort, the big orange place.

That said, it’s worth checking things over, some items can be hit or miss. For example, the indoor plants clearly hadn’t been watered in a while, and the product ranges can feel a bit eclectic.

It’s not quite a one-stop shop, but honestly, it’s a solid effort.

The staff are always nice and helpful too, which makes it great !

We went back today and ventured into the garden centre that time forgot. I knew they’d merged with Homebase, but I didn’t expect them to embrace the “halfway to insolvency” aesthetic.

Some good item.to buy, Christmas range is always great. The reason for 2 stars is this is now the 2nd time I've been here recently and been told they are not doing food and only have what is on the counter, which quite frankly I wouldn't give away!! 2x sandwiches cheese and tomato, which do not look appetising and 2x pasties oh and a slice of cake!!! This cafe is losing alot of customers from the store. Why haven't management looked in to what is going on and fixed the issues. Very disappointing again. Lost a few customers today

What a great place to shop. Easy parking and a mind boggling range of products. We could have spent hours there. No wonder there’s a cafe there, you’re ready for a brew after walking round.

My wife and I visited the Kidderminster branch whilst we were there we visited what they call a cafe (what a joke) we chose from the menu only to be told all they had what was in the cabinet which we didn't want. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they had issues in the kitchen thus the menu was as usual restricted. I'll bet if I went in any day the story would be the same. If there are issues GET THEM FIXED.
We had a similar incident at Worcester when I asked for beans on toast which was on the menu, I was told we have no beans on toast, it's not rocket science but Worcester sell bread and beans. Someone should look at what these so called cafes turnover and then shut them down.

I was representing Scottish Power at this venue so I had been here for a week. The Senior Manager Matt, Alfie the store assistant and the rest of the team such as the blonde manager and the tattooed woman who was in charge of the Cafe team were so lovely and courteous. I recommend this range to anyone!

Large store. Well stocked. However not alot of staff on duty - only two tills on with a queue of about 15 people. The store was clean and plenty of car parking available.
