Nice store with garden centre. Set over 2 floors with lift or stairs to upper level ( lift is often broken down though ). Large range of products ranging from pens up to furniture at good prices. Purchased my suite from here and it seems really good, I had my doubts about the quality because it was so cheap!! Free parking. Halloween now in stock, also in store new podium with hundreds of items that you can order and pay for and have delivered to your door.

Great place has a lot to offer. Homeware, garden, decoration, stationary, bedding, pet supplies, bike car supplies.
Seasonal is always a big thing in this store.
However downfall is ,there is never enough staff on the till or in the building. Queues are often huge, and wait times are ridiculous during busy times. Another negative is the returns policy, I had the misfortune of buying several garden light up trellis, that failed after a rainfall , they refused to refund me, if spend a few hundred pounds and my lights no longer worked, I could have saved a fortune and bought with no lights.
I also tried to return a bike helmet that was too small. It had labels attached and I had a receipts and the staff member refused to let me exchange or return. I ended up having to buy another(from elsewhere) and donate the small one. A Complete waste of money and time.
Once I bought my sons Halloween candle making kit. On the box it said it had all you needed.
On opening, it didnt. You needed a whole wax melting kit, this box was simply just was beads and wick and mould. Therefore I had to purchase extra equipment. Or my kids loose out.
With this in mind im extra cautious buying here.

Website said item was in stock (×6). Store says no 30 minutes later. Must sell a lot of car brushes, but not to me. Won't believe them next time! Still, there is always B&M. Or B&Q. Or Amazon.

Shopping choices OK, but some items not priced properly on shelf. Got to till and only 1 person on customer service desk serving a long queue. He called for extra till staff but no one came. Queue grew to about 7 customers ( most with full baskets). A second request for extra till staff was eventually successful when a reluctant member of staff sauntered across the shop floor.
You make your money at the till, so you need staff at the till! I'm quite patient but nearly gave up waiting to be served.

Large shop and usually well stocked, it’s not unusual to have a long queue as staffing isn’t always generous at busy times. Beware of parking on this retail park, there is a time limit before you get fined and it isn’t particularly generous

Purchased some great Xmas ornaments could of bought a lot more I was a bit spoilt for choice. The only negative would be the battery operated ornaments can be operated via mains adapter but this is sold separately much more economic than buying batteries. As I am disabled we took a break and had a lovely burger and cup of tea at the upstairs cafe accessible via the lift for people in a wheelchair or other disabilities. The staff was very helpful, parking for blue badge holders and a large parking area for other motorists a very pleasant shopping trip.
