Dan and the team at The Real Mini Company impressed with their passion, honesty and attention to detail from the first contact, through initial visit for appraisal and quote keeping me informed once work had been booked in up until collection of my car. (there’s an understandable waiting list!)

Throughout the restoration despite being 120 miles away I was always up to date with progress with emails and photos through to the finished car being delivered back to me on time as agreed.

However, they say a picture paints a thousand words so before during and after should say more than I ever can!

I went there for a quote. The place is really nice with a lot of minis. The guy was really knowledgeable and he had a good look at my mini. Nevertheless I’m still waiting for that quote, after a month. I tried calling them (only voice mail and you have to pay) I sent emails and messages on Facebook but no answers! I’m sorry but I was hoping for a better service.

What a waste of space, time & effort. Made appt., took car to them for evaluation and waited 3 weeks - nothing. They don't even answer the phone or return a message. But they almost said sorry.
