Lovely weekend at The Recycled House. Location directly opposite the dunes and at the edge of the village right by the foot/bike path to Rye is perfect. So much space and very well equipped for the whole family - small children, dog and adults all had a fantastic time. Hope to be back!

Lovely house, great sized rooms and well provisioned with a wonderful garden for kids including a games room. We had an amazing time here over the New Year and would definitely recommend. The beach is just across the road, so no need to use car and its an easy drive to Rye. Communications were easy, and a thoughtful welcome hamper was a kind touch. Highly recommend.

I was worried that with 6 adults 2 children and a dog that we might be treading on each other’s toes. However the lay out of the house with several areas worked really well. The garden is lovely and the trampoline and table tennis were well used. 2 minutes to the beach and near to the lovely town of Rye. We all had a great time.

Lovely and warm. All mod cons. Two min walk to the beach. Tastefully decorated. Stylish garden, secure for children and small dog. Table tennis and trampoline. Good communication with the rental company. Two smart TVs, one with Freeview, good showers. Can't fault it.

The most incredible house for a family holiday. We've stayed here a few times now, both as a family of 4 and with another family of 4. It has it all...first off, it's location - right opposite the dunes, plus an incredible garden, cool decor (think scandi vibes), a games room (for rainy days), plenty of room for everyone to hang out/ play and the like. I'm certain we'll be there again.
