We have been clients of the The Recycling Partnership since 2019 and we couldn't be more satisfied. It's a great, reliable company, very pleasant to deal with, very responsive and have helped us many times with last minute extra collection rounds when needed. Great customer service and we appreciate the ethos behind their company. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Regarding our weekly Business Waste Collection, we are very pleased with the service we receive from The Recycling Partnership.

Your driver always puts our 6 bins back tidily; I no longer have to straighten them after being left at all angles by the previous company!

Also, your driver works quietly, considering he comes to us about 5.30am. Our residential neighbours, who live only yards away from where the bins are actually positioned, stopped us this week to say that they are never disturbed by your driver when he empties the bins.

The team in the office are also to be commended. I have always found them friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.

A first class company, who provide a first class service!

AVOUD AVOID AVOID I have been with them for 4 years, and wanted to stop the contract. Apparently the contract renews every year automatically, so I have to stay with them for another 11 months before can leave. The notice period is 2 months, but can only be given 2 months prior the contract ending! I don't think it is legal. Also the staff always been rude over the phone. If you miss a payment of invoice they will stop the bins collection - BUT - you will still be bullied by the contract to pay for the collection that didn't take place.
I have only recently found out that there are cheaper alternatives to them, and without the dodgy contracts. Actually no contracts at all.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - As commented below they repeatedly break noise pollution laws despite numerous complaints from residents, the council and the restaurants that use them in New Road, Brighton. Manager had assured us it would not happen again however the refuse men do what they want to get the job done as quickly as they can and have no respect or empathy for the people they disturn and upset. They are rude and abusive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
