Been registered here a very long time. Since moving to their new premises the surgery has improved significantly, though were always better than most. The surgery are very responsive to all queries online or via phone, and call you back straight away with clear information and direction. They call you with results promptly also. I have never struggled to get appointments for myself or child. Reception team are polite and helpful overall. The in-house nurses are great and efficient meaning that you can have appointments at surgery rather than going to larger centres or the hospital for many things. Premises are clean, spacious and function very efficiently with a chemist attached. Dr Robinson, Dr Owen and Dr Younas have all been very good and I've had excellent care during pregnancy and with my baby. Having seen the care at another local surgery I can wholeheartedly say the Simpson Centre is a very good practice.

Dr Younais- my GP - always responds positively and quickly in the event he is called upon. The most recent was a follow up for annual blood tests. In his busy schedule he found time to request the NHS hospital and alert me. A kind and thoughtful gesture.

Popped into surgery with cuts to my forehead, mouth and hands, following a fall in woodland. I just wanted to check if tetanus jab was needed or whether I needed to go to the minor injuries unit. The receptionist was so empathetic and helpful. She asked the nurse( Amelia Bojarzin) if she could see me briefly at the end of her lunch break before she began her afternoon appointments, which she did. Not only did she give me the tetanus jab, she also gently cleaned and dressed all the wounds, advised me on further treatment and checked me over a week later, when she re- dressed one injury. I was so impressed at their kindness, care and concern a credit to the Simpson Centre and NHS. THANK YOU.

Saw Dr. Uddin with my mother today and I was blown away by his level of care and understanding. The clinic was running late but our appointment didn’t feel rushed at all and the level of patience he gave us was fantastic. I know he is also treating my brother separately and it feels so lovely to know that two of the most important people in my life are under his care being treated with such respect and attention.

Very good service from all staff and doctors. Lots of space to park. Very clean.
Did self check in but still had to ask reception where to go up or down stairs as the screen doesn’t tell you.
