Used these for a few years now, skip hire at first and then we went on to waste performance management. By working with these guys I saved around 40% on my existing waste costs as it was something I never looked at and just accepted the annual price increase. Easy to deal with and qucik to respond.

Used this company and at the end decided to leave. overcharged though I personally make sure I keep 30 kg or around every week(allowed 45kg). I don't know how their system works but 1 week it comes to 30 kg and next week 240 kg. I can understand collection weight can be here and there but this big gap. they are not ready to understand and blaming me for this. badly overcharged so decided to leave them.

0 stars. We have had our bin collected twice in a year (although supposed to be fortnightly) and when attempting to terminate they hit us with a £500 fee! The tracking data they provide is inaccurate as its all estimates and their customer service is terrible. DO NOT USE NWS

Didn't want to even leave 1 star but wasn't able to rate otherwise!! Horrendous customer service, staff are rude & seem to detest dealing with any complaint. Had someone pretending to be a staff member who I later found out was actually the manager but was too cowardly to speak to me! They also give misleading information - please don't bank on your skip coming on time as when I queried this I was told 'that's your problem'!!!!!!! There are FAR better (and cheaper!) skip companies out there, don't waste your time with this joke of an outfit.

absolutely rubbish service. I wish I could give 0 star. Do NOT recommend at all. It is not a waste collection company; it is a rubbish company. Do use this company so unreliable and have no customer service what so ever. 0 star from me. lots of hidden charges.

Booked on line last Monday, paid in account department,all very polite and professional.Skip arrived on Wed as promised.Filled up on Thursday and asked for collection,vsited my property on Sunday and it had been collected.The garage gates were left shut as i had requested,thank you for a great service.
